Class Policies
Class cancellations must be communicated through our Customer Service team via email, Messenger, or phone at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class. Any last-minute cancellation prior to the class, or failure to attend without prior notice, will be counted as an absence.
For late students, coaches will wait for 15 minutes on Zoom. After that, the student will be considered absent.
For private classes, make-up sessions may be arranged on a limited basis, provided the request is made at least 12 hours in advance. Students are allowed only one (1) make-up class per course for any absence, and all rescheduling requests are subject to coach availability and schedule constraints. Please note that missed make-up classes cannot be rescheduled.
For summer group classes, due to the fixed schedule and group format, rescheduling is not permitted. If a class is missed, a recording of the session will be provided for reference.
To secure a slot in your selected class, full payment is required at the time of registration.
- A refund request made at least two (2) weeks before the class start date is eligible for a refund of the full amount, less a 10% processing fee.
- A refund request made within two (2) weeks up to forty-eight (48) hours before the class start date is eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds or school credits will be issued for cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the class start date.
If your child gets disconnected during the session, private classes may be rescheduled, while group class recordings can be requested by contacting our Customer Support team.
