Keep the momentum going this summer. Python for Teens 2 picks up right where you left off — diving deeper into the language and tackling more complex, real-world coding challenges.
By the end of this course, students won't just know more Python, they'll think more like programmers. From writing their own functions and modules to reading and writing files, every lesson is designed to build confidence, creativity, and critical thinking that goes far beyond the screen.
What students will learn:
- Review and strengthen core Python skills
- Work with sets and dictionaries
- Write and combine functions to solve bigger problems
- Use Python's built-in modules and create their own
- Read from and write to files safely and efficiently
- Apply everything in a creative, game-based capstone project
What they'll walk away with:
- A completed text-based Pokémon card game built entirely from scratch
- Hands-on experience with real-world Python tools and file handling
- Stronger algorithmic thinking, problem-solving, and independent coding skills
- The confidence to take on more advanced programming challenges

REFUND POLICIES
To ensure a slot in your selected class, FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of registration. Two (2) weeks withdrawal notice is required for a refund which will have a processing fee deduction of 10%. If a request for a refund is made within 2 weeks to 48 hours before the class starts, you are entitled to a 50% refund. There will be no refunds or school credits issued on cancellations less than 48 hours notice from the class start date.
MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY
Private Classes: Make-up classes may be arranged on a limited basis and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Only one (1) make-up class is allowed per program, and all rescheduling requests are subject to the coach and schedule availability. Please note that missed make-up classes cannot be rescheduled.
Summer Group Classes: Due to the group format and fixed schedule of summer classes, rescheduling is not possible. If a class is missed, a recording of the session will be provided for your reference.
MEDIA CONSENT
The Coding School, Inc. reserves the right to photograph, videotape or record classes, courses or events at or in connection with the School.
I agree and authorize The Coding School, Inc. to photograph, videotape and to use, reproduce, and modify such materials for promotional and/or commercial purposes in any media without any compensation or remuneration.
I hereby release and waive The Coding School, Inc. from any claims regarding the photographs and videos, including but not limited to, infringement of the rights of privacy and publicity. I represent and warrant that I have the legal right to grant this release.
